Elite Thermal was dedicated to high quality and thorough. I chose Chad and his team over two other contractors because of his thorough needs assessment of our home and knowledge of the considerations to take when deciding where and how to install the insulation. He was not the cheapest quote, but it was all well spent. There were some unexpected obstacles that came up, but Chad made sure to go and check everything himself and was in constant communication with us. Examples: It ended up that our home had stucco over plywood due to previously being a clapboard house. The team problem solved and drilled in through the stucco and plywood respectively so that the insulation could go in properly from the exterior. While drilling in from the exterior, a wire was cut. Chad had an electrician repair it the same day. Weeks later when we discovered some electrical issues, he sent an electrician again to repair it until it was resolved. After the stucco was patched and painted, some overspray was visible. Chad sent his team a second time to repaint the house to ensure the exterior paint job was still in good shape. In the crawl space some of the insulation was prone to sagging, so the team came a second time to reenforce it and make sure it would stay long term. Though the project ended up more complicated than we expected, Chads team was dedicated to getting it right and stayed in communication the whole time. Elite Thermal is one of the best companies I've ever worked with..in general.  Chad went above and beyond to explain all choices and why how they would work in my space.  I had already done my research which Chad expanded on.  And the price was best from others I had compared.  They were prompt, clean and keeping me updated during the process then following up. Super happy with the workmanship provided by this crew. Everyone was super professional and friendly. They installed retrofit blow-in wall insulation at my place and the patch and paint job over the holes was near perfect - the walls look good as new. Chad also went above and beyond with figuring out a way to come back and insulate one wall section that had originally not been in the quote. I recently had the pleasure of working with Chad and Elite Thermal. They installed a radiant barrier and blown in cellulose insulation. The whole process was simple, and is really making a big difference in the temperature upstairs in our 2 story home. I had requested bids from several companies, and many are not willing to come out in person to give you an estimate. Chad came out in person and explained my options and gave me a fair price. For sound proofing / soundproofing / insulation, I called a few places but couldn't find many except for Elite Thermal! I live in a building built in the 1970s and have early-riser loud upstairs neighbors with toddlers that woke me up everyday for nearly a year (even with ear plugs and sound machines) - and the soundproofing ultimately worked where it brought the noise down to about 10% or maybe 25% of how loud it was before so I could sleep through it! David from Elite Thermal was extremely responsive and provided helpful email documentation & descriptions of the different levels of soundproofing that could be done. And I worked with Chad and Gabriel for the renovation itself. The sound proofing renovation took about 1 week (I opted for the highest level). And Chad communicated the schedule and what each day would be expected, while Gabe with his team communicated when they would arrive/depart each day. It was structured and prompt! Naturally with any renovation, be prepared to clean your place up from the plaster (although they did a good job of covering the floors and walls and sweeping, but dust gets everywhere no matter what). But I am so thrilled to be able to sleep normally now!
